Course Files and Folders
Course files and folders store a wide variety of different course material, including files uploaded to the Course Syllabus, files shared in the Discussion Forum Files folder, and any other files added to the Course folder.
Accessing Course Files and Folders
Course files and folders are available in the Shared Files at YuJa.
When you access the Shared Files, you’ll see a Course folder for each enrolled course, as well as the Course files and folders folder.
Select the desired Course folder. The Course folder can include multiple folders; however, it will always include a Course Syllabus Files folder and a Discussion Forum Files folder.
Using the Course Files and Folders
Course files and folders are most helpful when they’re well organized. Instructors can create New Folders in the Course files and folders.
Select New Folder to create a New Folder.
Add a title for the Course folder.
You can add files to the Course files and folders folder in several different ways.
Select Upload from the menu above the file listing to add files from your hard drive to the Course files and folders folder. Upload opens a file browser window. Browse to the desired file and click Open to add files to your Course Files and Folders.
Select Add Resource to add a Web Page URL, YuJa Video Capture, or Media Channel Resource to your Course files and folders folder. This is an ideal way to store and share material with the class. Web page URLs can include URLs from around the web. YuJa Video Captures are captures created with the YuJa Software Station, YuJa Hub or Web Capture. Media Channel Resources include any videos added to the Media Channel.
Select Import to add files from Dropbox, Box or Google Drive to your Course files and folders folder. You can also add files from these cloud-based services using the individual links at the top of the file listing.
