Downloading Captions

Captioning files may be downloaded to review or edit, as needed. These files can be read and edited with a text editor and are downloaded in the .srt format.

Downloading Captioning Files

• Go to the Media Library from Upload & Manage at the top of the screen.
• Navigate to the desired file.
• Click on the video and choose More… from the upper right menu.
• Go to Accessibility from the Media Details pane.
• Choose the Download icon next to the table entry labeled Type: Caption. The caption file will download as a .srt file.
