  • Editing the Organization

    Edit Organization is an Organization tab feature that enables IT Managers to create new organizational Elements. Elements contain Courses and Devices.

    Accessing the Organization Tab

    The Organization tab is accessible by IT Managers through the Admin Panel.

    • Navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
    • Choose the Organization tab from the left-side menu.

    Editing the Organization

    Edit Organization allows IT Managers to create new Elements for your Organization. Defined options include Campus, Faculty, School and Department. IT Managers may create their own Elements. Elements may contain Items; Courses or Capture Stations.

    • Choose Edit Organization in the upper right.
    • Choose Name Your Element.
    • Enter a name for the Element and click Save.
