How to Find the Session Logs

The following guide will provide instructions on how to find the session logs on Apple.

    1. Open a new Finder window on Mac, then use Command + Shift + G on your keyboard.
    2. Type in ~/Library/Logs and the logs will be available in a folder named YuJa Software Capture.
    3.

        * Note: Due to the way how Apple works, when a user finishes a recording session, the logs will then start to appear in /Library/Application Support/YuJaYSS/logs. Next, the logs will be uploaded onto our YuJa’s AWS S3 account, and a backup copy will be saved for 7 days in the ~/Library/Logs/YuJa Software Capture folder.
