  • Registering the Software Capture for PC Application

    Registering the Software Capture for PC application will allow Administrators to monitor, schedule a recording, or start an impromptu session remotely. This document will provide instructions on how to download and register the Software Capture for PC application for your organization.Administrators can also do a silent install to all PC devices within the organization by following this guide.

    Download and Register the Software Capture for PC Application

    Follow these instructions to download the Software Capture for PC application from the Platform and register the application to the Admin Panel’s Devices page.

    1. Within the Platform, click on Create Recording and choose Download. Once the download finishes, install the Software Capture application.
    2. Run the Software Capture application for PC and log in.
    3. From the Windows tray, right click on the Software Capture application icon and choose Register.
    4. Enter a name for this PC device then click Register.The device will now be available in the Admin Panel’s Devices tab.
