  • Setting up System Alerts

    The System Alert feature enables Administrators to send a notification email to all users in your organization. This is helpful in cases where you want to push out important updates, announcements, or maintenance notifications.

    1. Log into the Platform as an Administrator and navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
    2. Select the System Alert tab.
    3. Add a custom title and body to your alert that your recipients will see.
    4. Once you added the Alert Title and Alert Details, select Send Alert.
    5. Once sent, recipients will receive the Alert at the email address tied to their YuJa profile.
