Status Logs for Registered Devices
Status History allows you to view connection status and other factors for each Device.
Accessing Device Management
Device management is accessed through the Admin Panel page.
- Navigate to Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Click on Devices on the left side menu.
- Access Scheduling options by clicking on an individual Device.
Viewing Status History
The paper icon allows you access to the Status History for the selected device, showing when the device has been connected or disconnected. You can choose to see the Status History for a set time period and can filter Status History.
- Click the desired Device. Choose Status History.
- Select the desired time period to display using the Status Filter dropdown box.
